FAQ
What will I get my membership puzzle?
JIGGY Puzzle Club monthly puzzles come in a luxe drawstring bag in a magnetic flap box wrapped in a thick linen sleeve with a print of the artwork and information about the puzzle and artist. Puzzle glue is sold separately.
What if I want to glue my membership puzzle?
Glue and spreading tools are sold separately. Shoot us a note at help@jiggypuzzles.com and we'll get an order placed for you right away!
When will my next order process?
Your first order will process right away. Subsequent orders will be placed on the 1st of the month. Monthly memberships will process every month and bi-monthly every other month. Cancel or pause any time before your order processes.
Please note: if you placed your first order within one week of the 1st, the next month will be automatically skipped to avoid sending you two puzzles in a row. For example, if you place your order on March 28, you will receive the March puzzle right away. Your account will then skip April 1, and your second order will be processed on May 1.
How do I manage my subscription?
The first step is to create an account with JIGGY.
⚠️ Please be sure to use the same email address you used to purchase your membership when creating your account.
- Click Here to create an account.
- Once your account has been created, go to the My Account page by clicking the icon that looks like a person in the top navigation menu.
- Click Manage Subscription from the menu on the right of the page.
From here, you can skip months, pause or cancel your subscription, edit your payment or shipping information, and more.

I don't live in the US, can I still join the Club?
Due to the high cost and long transit times for international shipping, we are currently unable to offer membership for our international customers. We are working on this and hope to change it as soon as possible!
