Members receive an exclusive 500 piece puzzle every month. Club puzzles come in a custom, reusable drawstring microfiber bag with a box, print of the artwork, and insert card with information about the puzzle and artist. Puzzle glue is sold separately.

🖼 FRAMING
Club puzzle dimensions are 16" x 20". They'll fit in most frames, no need to worry about the puzzle being too thick.
We recommend the site below for a wide variety of customizable frames at prices we ain't mad at.
Your first order will process right away! 🎉 You'll receive an email with tracking when it ships, typically in 1-3 business days.
👉 Subsequent orders are placed the 1st of the month. You can skip the month, pause your subscription, or cancel any time before your order processes (instructions below).
For example, if you place your first order on March 28, you'll get the March puzzle right away. Your account will then skip April 1, and your second order will be processed on May 1.
After your initial order, all orders are processed on the 1st of the month. This is when your card is charged.
Your billing cycle depends on the payment schedule of your original membership purchase. You'll be billed as follows (unless you skip, pause, or cancel first):

⚠️ PLEASE NOTE: skipping months or pausing your membership will change your billing schedule. Months that are skipped or paused are not billed, so your next billing date is pushed back. This includes months that are automatically skipped (see the above question, "When will my next order process?" for details about auto-skipping).
🎨 JIGGY PUZZLE CLUB
Memberships automatically renew the end of each billing period. With the exception of Gift Memberships, you do not need to take any action to continue your subscription.
Renewals will be for the same payment schedule as your initial order. So if you originally purchased a 3-month pre-paid membership, your renewal will be for another 3 months (including your pre-pay discount of course).
If you would like to renew with a different payment schedule - for example, if you're currently month-to-month but want to switch to a pre-paid plan - we recommend cancelling your current membership and starting a new one.
You may skip a month, pause your subscription, or cancel your membership any time before your next order processes.
🎁 GIFT MEMBERSHIPS
Gifted subscriptions will end automatically after the subscription period - either 3, 6, or 12 months. This only applies if the Gift membership product was purchased. If the recipient wishes to continue their subscription, please start a new membership.
Orders that have shipped are not eligible for cancellation or refunds. If you need to cancel an order after it has processed, reach out to help@jiggypuzzles.com and we'll do our best to solve everything for you. We may be unable to cancel the order if it has already been packed and prepared for carrier pickup, even if you have not received a shipment notification.

Create an account so you can skip months, update your shipping + billing info, pause your membership, and more.
⚠️ Use the same email address you used to purchase your membership when creating your account.
To navigate to this link on www.jiggypuzzles.com:
Click the icon that looks like a person in the top right navigation menu, then click Create Account below the login section.
Be sure you have created a JIGGY account using the email address you used to place your order. You will need to be signed in to access this page.
2. Click Manage Subscription from the right-side menu to access the Manage Membership page.

What you can do & how to make it happen.
↪ WHAT DOES IT DO?
When you skip a month, no order will be processed for you. Your card will not be charged and you will not receive a puzzle.
You must choose to skip prior to the 1st of the month to avoid being charged.
↪ HOW MANY MONTHS CAN I SKIP?
There's no limit to how many months you can skip, even if they're consecutive. You're even able to skip months well in advance - so, for example, if you know you'll be traveling the world in September, you can log on and skip that month when you book your first plane ticket in February.
Or, hear us out - you can always change your address instead of skipping! Have your puzzle sent to your vacation abode? Yes, please! Or spread some puzzle love & gift a month to a friend instead of skipping. You can even have it sent right to their door.
↪ CAN I SKIP IF I PRE-PAID?
Absolutely! For pre-paid members, skipping a month will push back your next billing date. So if you signed up for an annual membership in January & skipped 3 months throughout the year, your membership will not renew until April.
↪ I SKIPPED A MONTH. WHEN WILL I GET MY NEXT PUZZLE?
Skipping months does not pause your subscription; only the months you choose will be skipped. Your subscription will continue on any months that are not skipped.
1. Log in & head to the Manage Page (My Account > Manage Subscription)
2. Scroll down & click the Manage Upcoming Orders section
3. Next to the month(s) you'd like to skip, click Skip order
Lather, rinse, repeat. And if you change your mind, you can always come back and click Resume Order. Easiest ever.
↪ WHAT DOES IT DO?
Your subscription will be paused indefinitely. You won't receive another puzzle or be charged again until you resume your subscription. You must pause prior to the 1st of the month to avoid being charged.
↪ WHO CAN PAUSE THEIR SUBSCRIPTION?
All JIGGY subscriptions can be paused any time at all, regardless of your order frequency or payment schedule.
↪ HOW LONG CAN I PAUSE FOR?
We're pretty sure you can pause your subscription for as long as you'd like. To date, no one has been cancelled or arrested due to an excessively long pause. Don't forget to come back though, puzzles are important!
↪ HOW DO I RESUME?
You'll turn your subscription back on in the same place you paused it (instructions below). When you resume, your next order will process on the 1st of the following month. A new order will not be created right away.
1. Log in & head to the Manage Page (My Account > Manage Subscription)
2. In the top section under Subscription Status, click Pause Subscription
You won't receive any puzzles or be charged again while your subscription is paused.
3. When you're ready, come back to this page and click Resume Subscription to keep the puzzle love going

2. Scroll down & click the Address and Shipping Information section
3. Click Edit next to the address you'd like to change
4. Complete the fields with your new address and save
You can change your shipping or billing address any time you need to.
Shipping addresses must be changed PRIOR TO order processing on the 1st. This tool will NOT impact any orders that have already been placed. If you already received your order confirmation email and need to change the address, email help@jiggypuzzles.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to update your order before it ships.
If your payment method fails, you'll receive an email notification letting you know. You can update your payment information any time via the Mange Your Membership page.
If you need a new order placed for the month due to your original payment method failing, or have any questions at all for us, please email help@jiggypuzzles.com and we'll be standing by.

2. Scroll down & click the Payment Information section
3. Click Edit in the top right corner of the Payment Info box
4. Complete the fields with your new info and save
You're able to update the total number of puzzles you get with your subscription. Please note, there is only one design each month so you will receive multiples of the same puzzle.
You typically only edit your order quantity if you made a mistake when signing up and purchased too many.
You can also edit the quantity for a single month - for example, if you want to purchase a second puzzle to give as a gift - via the Manage Upcoming Orders section (the same place where you go to skip a month).
1. Log in & head to the Manage Page (My Account > Manage Subscription)
2. Scroll down & click the Products in Your Subscription section.
3. Click Edit Quantity in the top right corner of the box. This will update the quantity for all future orders. If you only want to edit for a single month, go to Manage Upcoming Orders.
4. Make changes and save.
Are you suuuure you want to cancel? Of course we recommend pausing or skipping a few months instead - but if ya have to leave us, here's how to make it happen.
Please be sure to include your reason for canceling, your feedback is so valuable to us!

2. Scroll all the way down & click the Cancel Subscription section
3. Let us know your reason for canceling and click Cancel Subscription
