Meet Jess Miller Draws

Jess Miller is a Los Angeles based designer turned illustrator. Her whimsical style is infused with bright pops of color and layered textures, inspired by nature, retro artwork, and vintage design. She specializes in hand lettering, surface pattern design, and character portraits. Her work has been printed on greeting cards, home goods, tech accessories, book covers, packaging, and now puzzles!

JIGGY puzzles are beautiful, high quality puzzles! I'm so excited to have my art featured on JIGGY puzzles, I love that others will enjoy my art through puzzling!

What are you most excited about in becoming a JIGGY Studio artist?

I'm most excited about becoming a JIGGY Studio artist because I've never had my art on puzzles before! It's been a dream for a few years now and I feel so honored to be included with the other super talented artists!

What’s your puzzle strategy and ritual?

My puzzle strategy is to start with edges first, or identify elements and work my way out! Puzzling is definitely best with a glass of wine while watching true crime documentaries in the background! lol

If you could collaborate with any artist, dead or alive, who would it be?!

I would love to collaborate with artist Mary Blair. Her intricate and whimsical artwork makes for great puzzles! 

Who's your dream guest for a dinner & puzzle party?

My dream guest for a dinner and puzzle party would be comedian Ali Wong! I think she's hilarious and we'd have a blast drinking wine, puzzling, and laughing all night.
