Jesse Draper is a mother of 3 boys, founding partner of Halogen Ventures and focused on early stage investing in consumer technology companies led by female and co-ed teams. Draper is a Kauffman Fellow and 4th generation venture capitalist. She is a fierce advocate for investing in women and the opportunity for using technology and innovation to solve some of the biggest issues facing women and families today. Among her 70+ portfolio companies are: the Skimm, ThirdLove, HopSkipDrive, The Flex Company, Weecare, Squad (acquired by Twitter), Eloquii (sold to Walmart) and This is L (sold to P&G).
This artwork was inspired by a frustration of inequality. Draper believes strongly that we need to better support women and families first in order to make any change. Buy it in sister solidarity. These proceeds will be donated to Project Glimmer and other organizations supporting women and children in foster care. To learn more about the childcare industry, listen to Draper’s podcast ‘MOMumental’.

Megan Roy is an illustrator, feminist, and dog mom based in Los Angeles. Her work can be recognized by its playful spirit and unique use of color and texture. The concept for this puzzle's artwork is based on the additional "sustenance" that women need to exist daily in a world where positions of power are dominated by men. It's meant to have a hopeful message of continuing to empower one another while recognizing the lack of feminine representation in today's world. megan-roy.com
