Refund policy
Our packaging is unlike any puzzle you’ve seen before. It’s also fragile, and the shipping process is not always kind. Should your order arrive damaged, email your order number and a photo to hi@jiggypuzzles.com within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. We’ll happily replace your order or issue a credit.
