Dominique Heffley is a Los Angeles-based artists and the owner of Heffley77 Illustration & Design. Dominique, whose creative work began before the age of two, majored in Visual Arts at the Los Angeles County High School for the Arts, and earned her BFA from the Minneapolis College of Art & Design.
