What's the status of my order?

You will receive an email when your order is placed and again when it ships. If you created an account during checkout, sign in with the same email address and password to check on updates associated with your order. You are always welcome to reach out via help@jiggypuzzles.com with any questions.

What if I need to change my order?

Please email us at help@jiggypuzzles.com as soon as possible if you would like to change or cancel your order. We'll do our best to process your request. Please note that JIGGY is unable to accommodate any changes to the items or the delivery address once a shipping label has been created.

What are the domestic shipping costs?

Standard domestic shipping is $6.95. Shipment to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories is $9.95. Shipping fees are subject to change based on carrier rates. All shipping fees are nonrefundable once the item has shipped.

Free shipping applies to orders containing only puzzles and is limited to the contiguous US unless otherwise explicitly stated in promotional emails or on the website. 

Please allow for extended shipping times due to delays caused by COVID-19 and current supply chain constraints.

Does JIGGY ship internationally?

We currently ship to most countries around the world. International shipping rates vary and will be displayed at checkout. All shipping fees are nonrefundable once the item has shipped. Shipping fees are subject to change based on carrier rates.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what additional costs you may incur prior to completing your purchase.

My puzzle arrived damaged, what do I do?

Our packaging is unlike any puzzle you’ve seen before. It’s also fragile, and the shipping process is not always kind. Should your order arrive damaged, email your order number and a photo to help@jiggypuzzles.com within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. We’ll happily replace your order or issue a credit.

What if my item is lost or stolen?

If your item has been marked as "delivered" but has not arrived, please allow a few additional business days for it to show up. Packages are frequently scanned as "delivered" when in fact they are still en route.

Please note that JIGGY is unable to replace lost or stolen items. Be sure to use the correct mailing address and track your shipment to reduce the risk of errors. We will file a claim on your behalf in the case that there are issues with your delivery, but we recommend that you also reach out directly to the courier to file a claim for your package in the event that it is lost.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay.

What's your return policy?

We handle returns and replacements on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of making our customers happy! If you need help with a recent purchase, please email us at help@jiggypuzzles.com. Please note that JIGGY's monthly Puzzle Club puzzles are non-returnable.

How do I glue and frame my puzzle?

Congrats on finishing your masterpiece! Each JIGGY puzzle includes the tools you need to preserve it. Read more about how to glue your puzzle.

When you're ready to frame, head over to our JIGGY Frames page to pick the one that makes your puzzle artwork pop!

How does the JIGGY Puzzle Club work?

Each month, you'll receive an exclusive 500pc puzzle curated and available just for the Club. It comes in a reusable drawstring bag and box with a print of the artwork. Glue is sold separately. Your first order will be processed on the day it was placed, and subsequent orders will process on the 1st of each month. Pause, skip, or cancel any time before your order ships. Club Members also enjoy VIP perks like early access to new designs, exclusive products, and more.

Who can join the JIGGY Puzzle Club?

We are only able to offer membership to domestic US customers at this time.

How do I manage my Puzzle Club membership?

You can pause your subscription or skip a month any time before your order processes. Simply Create An Account and then go to the Manage Subscriptions page to do so. You are also able to update your billing information, change your shipping address, or cancel your subscription from this page.

How do I frame my puzzle?

Way to go, time to show it off! To make it easy to find your puzzle's perfect mate, we've partnered with American Frame to offer high quality frames at affordable prices. Check out the details and shop here.

You can also get your puzzle custom framed through a local shop or different online store, or use standard frame sizes with minimal matting. We recommend 13x17” or 16x20” frames for the 450piece puzzles and 18x24” for the 800piece. You can find options in almost every size on Amazon and Google. Show us your finished masterpiece! Who are the artists behind JIGGY's designs?

Each puzzle features work by an emerging female artist from around the world. A percentage of each sale goes to the artist. You can learn more about the artist on each product page. If you'd like to get more information or share an artist you love, email us at artcollab@jiggypuzzles.com.

What if I’m interested in placing a large order?

Are JIGGY puzzles available for wholesale?

Wholesale orders will be considered for select retailers.
